Let’s go higher

A lesson in raising our vibration

Everything in the universe vibrates

Today we will be talking about vibration. Surely you all know that the English word ‘Vibration’ means… But how does it affect our evolution? You see everything vibrates…some at a low rate and others at a high rate. Your level of vibration is determined by your dominant thoughts, feelings, believes etc. It is our entire ‘energy’ structure or as many people ‘playfully’ refer to it today, ‘Vibes’. The better a person you are or should I say, the better you feel, the higher you resonate, the more we evolve, the higher we resonate…the higher we vibrate, the cooler our ‘Vibe’.

Why is it important to raise your vibration?? Well, the higher you vibrate, the better your life…How about that? The more good things will come to you…Sure that’s reason enough. On a more serious note though, Alignment, mental clarity, happiness, inner peace, increased cognition…maybe some extra sensory perception and my most bestest thing #wink…A stress-free, serene, and calm feeling. These are the benefits of a raised vibrational state.
Let’s get to it then… How can we raise our vibration? Believe it or not…actually just believe it, it’s not as hard as you think. Here are a few tips.

Meditate:

When I say meditate I don’t mean getting into an impossible position and staying like that for an hour. If you can do this then please be my guest. What I mean is taking even five minutes to sit still, eyes closed…and focus on your breathing…Deep inhale, hold for 5 seconds, and exhale. This would do wonders for your spiritual evolution… As often as you remember or when you feel some negative ‘vibes’ like fear and anger creeping in, just detach yourself, close your eyes, relax…breathe in sooooo deeply, hold it for a few seconds, and breathe out fully. While in this state, let go any intentions, forget everything and keep your mind clear…be present.

Laugh a little:

Actually I mean laugh a lot. Don’t let a day pass you by without laughing. Personally, I always see things to laugh about and I’m grateful for that, but I know sometimes the challenges try to rob you of laughter, what I’d do in those cases is go online and Google ‘jokes’ or turn on comedy central, or get the ‘Family Guy’ DVD out, or see ‘Horrible Bosses’ again. Anything you can find to put a smile and eventually a laugh on your face, do it. That could be what stops you from going insane.

Practice gratitude… You can read this right now! That’s something to be grateful for. Do you know how many need this information and are searching but aren’t privileged to find it/ You have clothes to wear, some food to eat… Come on! Think of it all… you are alive. When there is life, there is hope, remember we said that vibes consists of your belief system…Do you choose to see the glass half empty or half full? Be grateful for what you have, and for what you want to have… As you wake up, say ‘Thank you’ continuously aloud or silently. Say it for no reason. This is how it’s done.

The earth is ascending in vibration, if for any reason a person is found wanting on his or her own level of resonance, you will be left behind. This is the rapture you have read about… Call me the dude with the trumpeths.

Vibrate on the higher to escape the pangs of the lower.
