The theory of everything

My wife tells me all the time that she enjoys reading what I write and that’s gold for me. Let’s get to today’s article.

I always knew there was an easier…no! a simpler way to life. I knew of all (most of) these guys who make money on wall street, or lose weight drastically or find the partner of their dreams. But I always felt like there should be a hack to life (I’m using the word ‘hack’ coz I can’t think of a better one right now). I always felt there should be one ‘control room’ to life in general — and I found it.

I will never forget that day in 2018 when my elder brother introduced me to Rhonda Bryne’s ‘The Secret’. For the first time, it felt like I understood everything. I will admit that ‘The Secret’ led me down a path of acquiring the most esoteric and guarded wisdom but that was the starting point.

Thought

‘Thought’ is responsible for everything. Happiness, health, and wealth are dependent on focused or habitual thought in order to actualize in form. This was the turning point for me. I have said a million times that I was raised ‘Christian’. What I haven’t said is that Christianity for me (I repeat…for me) left more questions than answers and what was awkward is that it attempted to offer answers — and those answers didn’t satisfy me.

But when I heard about thoughts, immediately, it clicked. I remembered all the times' different things happened in my family — both pleasant and unpleasant things could be traced back to the dominant thought we were holding at the time. This made a whole lot of sense.

Within — without

All we seek to acquire and do in life revolves around happiness, health, and wealth. These things can only be found in the world within. In the world of thoughts, we can weave whatever we want and watch the physical world, the world without, morph to fit those thoughts. The challenge though is that most of us are unaware of the world within and as such, we don’t make the connection between what we are thinking and what is happening in our reality outside.

The idea then is to take charge of our thoughts and from there, we have a holistic view of life. In the physical world, there seems to be a lot of different things and people can’t seem to piece it all together, but when you realize that everything is created from habitual thought, then we can see how the millions of outcomes can exist in the world without.

How to work on thoughts

In order to have happiness, health, and wealth, one has to go within and examine their thoughts, not just their thoughts, but the thoughts that have become theirs… what I mean is, their parents' thoughts and the thoughts of the people who have influenced them through time.

Affirmations

Once those harmful thoughts have been detected, you know, the thoughts that are keeping us unhappy, start affirming the opposite of those thoughts. “Money is hard to come by" will become “It’s easy for me to make money". What will happen is that events will start to align and you will start to act in line with the affirmations you have been repeating. It works for every aspect of life. It’s the theory of everything.

Meditation

This is how it works, and perhaps I’ll write an article strictly based on meditation, but as you sit, thoughts will flood the mind…allow them. After a bit, the thoughts will dissipate, but in order for the thoughts to dissipate, you must not give any attention to them…just observe. After the thoughts have left, you will start to receive your own thoughts and visions… at that point, you can now place thoughts in your mind from which your future will emerge.

Conclusion

Happiness, health, and wealth can be yours but the theory of everything states that thoughts have to be ‘on point’ in order to get them. A person who doesn’t focus on the world within for everything they want will end up wasting a whole lot of resources on only one aspect of life. We see very rich people with no family life, we see those who have mastered their weight, but they are plagued with negative emotions. What we want is a balance through all aspects of life, and a holistic view gives us that… and just to reiterate, thoughts create everything and a holistic view means we focus on the world of thoughts… it will attract everything else we need.
