Hey there Avatar. Welcome to part 3. Here we are outlining the journey back to ‘us’.

The world is experiencing a wide-scale awakening. People are realizing everyday that they have been lied to and that the power to create and live our best lives has been ours all along and was lying dormant because we were unaware. So now that we are awakening, what do we do?

  1. Realization — It is necessary that we first come to the realization of the truth. In the soundtrack to Disney’s ‘The Lion King 2’, there is a line that goes:

We are more than we are…we are one.

That’s something to think about. Because all we see is this avatar but we are more than that and you can only get the benefits of this truth by realizing it.

2. Meditation — After realizing our true nature, the task becomes the journey to reconnection. Sitting still, quieting our minds and consciously disconnecting from the outside world is a great way to rekindle the closeness or our true self.

As we meditate, intuition becomes stronger, we become calmer and thus giving our bodies the liberty to function better. As we meditate, we manifest quicker because we have a clearer path to inspired actions towards our goals. The more often we practice, the easier it gets.

Borrowing from the Hindu definition in part 1, we can see that we are an extension of the omnipotent and omniscient force we call God. We already have everything we need at our disposal; we only need to claim possession of this power that is already ours.

When we realize this power, we will lose the need to conform and we will follow what makes us (the real us) feel alive. We will find the courage to leave behind everything that no longer serves us because our real self seeks to be in a state of harmony. We will see hard times as tests and not punishments. We will have an understanding of the inner workings of this physical reality and on we live with enthusiasm, intently observing, looking out for clues from our higher self and learning everything we possibly can.

So on the day we finally wake up and we are asked “so how was it”, we can say “I figured it out; and it was a damn good one”.
